10		-	3 Relating to St. Clair County; to authorize the
11		-	4 county commission to appoint additional members to the board
12		-	5 of registrars.
13		-	6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
14		-	7 Section 1. The St. Clair County Commission, in
15		-	8 coordination with the St. Clair County Judge of Probate, may
16		-	9 appoint additional members to the board of registrars pursuant
17		-	10 to Section 17-3-2(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975. Compensation
18		-	11 to the board of registrars added pursuant to this act shall be
19		-	12 paid in accordance with the provisions of 17-3-5 of the Code
20		-	13 of Alabama 1975.
21		-	14 Section 2. This act shall become effective on the
22		-	15 first day of the third month following its passage and
23		-	16 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
