2 ENROLLED, An Act,
3 Relating to Lawrence County; to repeal Section
4 45-40-230.01 of the Code of Alabama 1975, authorizing the
5 sheriff of Lawrence County to receive an additional expense
6 allowance.
7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
8 Section 1. Section 45-40-230.01 of the Code of
9 Alabama 1975, authorizing the sheriff of Lawrence County to
10 receive an additional expense allowance, is repealed.
11 Section 2. This act shall become effective on the
12 first day of the third month following its passage and
13 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
