17 | - | 10 Section 1. In Etowah County, effective at the end of | |
18 | - | 11 the current term or upon the occurrence of a vacancy for any | |
19 | - | 12 reason in the office of constable in any election precinct, | |
20 | - | 13 the office of constable as provided for in Chapter 23 of Title | |
21 | - | 14 36, Code of Alabama 1975, is abolished. | |
22 | - | 15 Section 2. This act shall become effective | |
23 | - | 16 immediately following its passage and approval by the | |
24 | - | 17 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law. | |
