6 ENROLLED, An Act,
7	Relating to the City of Lineville in Clay County; to
8 authorize the sale of draft or keg beer under certain
9 conditions.
10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
11	Section 1. This act shall only apply in the City of
12 Lineville in Clay County.
13	Section 2. The governing body of the City of
14 Lineville, by ordinance, may permit the sale of draft or keg
15 beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control
16 Board for on-premises consumption and for off-premises
17 consumption. Beer sold for off-premises consumption may not
18 exceed 288 ounces per customer per day which must be sealed,
19 labeled, packaged, and taxed in accordance with state and
20 federal laws and regulations. The city council, by ordinance,
21 may otherwise regulate the sale of draft or keg beer by retail
22 licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board within the
23 municipality.

1	Section 3. This act shall become effective
2 immediately following its passage and approval by the
3 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
