19	19	13 To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines
20	20	14 and corporate limits of the municipality of the Town of
21	21	15 Cherokee Ridge in Marshall County.
22	22	16 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
23	23	17 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits
24	24	18 of the Town of Cherokee Ridge in Marshall County are altered,
25	25	19 rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate
26	26	20 limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now
27	27	21 included, all of the following territory:
28	28	22 TRACT 1
29	29	23 A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
30	30	24 AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION

79	79	20 being in Marshall County, Alabama and containing 0.96 acres.
80	80	21 The property herein described comprises no part of
81	81	22 the homestead of the Grantor and/or his spouse.
82	82	23 Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of
83	83	24 the Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing what territory is
84	84	25 proposed to be annexed to the Town of Cherokee Ridge is on
85	85	26 file in the office of the Judge of Probate in Marshall County,
86	86	27 Alabama, and the map is open to the inspection of the public.

88	88	2 first day of the third month following its passage and
89	89	3 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
