2222 16 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
2323 17 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits
2424 18 of the Town of Cherokee Ridge in Marshall County are altered,
2525 19 rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate
2626 20 limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now

8888 2 first day of the third month following its passage and
8989 3 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
