19	19	13 To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines
20	20	14 and corporate limits of the City of Lake View in Tuscaloosa

22	22	16 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
23	23	17 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits
24	24	18 of the City of Lake View in Tuscaloosa County are altered,
25	25	19 rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate
26	26	20 limits of the City of Lake View, in addition to the lands now
27	27	21 included, all of the following territory:
28	28	22 TRACT 1: (Dollar General)
29	29	23 A parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter of
30	30	24 the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 20 South, Range
31	31	25 5 West and being a portion of Lot 3, Bucksville Manor, as

343	343	18 Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of

345	345	20 proposed to be annexed to the City of Lake View is on file in
346	346	21 the Office of the Judge of Probate in Tuscaloosa County,
347	347	22 Alabama, and the map is open to the inspection of the public.
348	348	23 Section 3. This act shall become effective
349	349	24 immediately following its passage and approval by the
350	350	25 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
