House Bill 26 as passed the House of Representatives will increase the salary expenses of the
Blount County Board of Registrars, paid from the State General Fund, by an estimated
maximum of $10,076 annually. The provisions of this act could also increase the mileage,
travel, and other expenses reimbursed to the Board from the State General Fund, by an
undetermined amount dependent upon the number of additional meeting days and the number of
members in attendance.
