House Bill 321 as reported by the Committee on State Government could increase the potential
obligations of any governmental body, county, or municipality that purchases an unmanned
aircraft system, with exceptions, by an undetermined amount dependent upon the difference in:
1) the cost of the unmanned aircraft system purchased by such government entity; and 2) the
cost of the unmanned aircraft system that otherwise would have purchased but is prohibited by
this bill.
