1516 Relating to Talladega County; to abolish the office of
1617 constable.
1718 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
1819 Section 1. In Talladega County, effective at the end of
1920 the current term of office, the office of constable provided
2021 for in each election precinct pursuant to Chapter 23, Title
2122 36, Code of Alabama 1975, is abolished.
2223 Section 2. This act shall become effective on the first
2324 day of the third month following its passage and approval by
2425 the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
