1516 To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
1617 corporate limits of the Town of Grant in Marshall County.
1718 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
1819 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
1920 the Town of Grant in Marshall County are altered, rearranged,
2021 and extended to include within the corporate limits of the
2122 municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of
2223 the following territory:
2324 TRACT 1
2425 Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest
2526 fourth of the Southwest fourth of Section 29, Township 5
2627 South, Range 4 East in Marshall County, Alabama; thence along
2728 the West line of said section 29, North 0° 44' 50" East
2829 2650.18 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southwest fourth
2930 of the Northwest fourth of said Section 29; thence along the
3031 North line of the South half of the Northwest fourth of said
3132 Section 29, South 88° 49' 55" East 2,665.16 feet to the
3233 Northeast corner of said South half; thence South 0° 46' 10"
3334 West 1333.04 feet to the Southeast corner of said South half;
3435 thence South 46° 46' 10" West 420 feet to the Southwest corner
3536 of the Crabtree property; thence along the South line of said

135136 page 143 in the Probate Office of Marshall: County, Alabama,
136137 together with the necessary right of ingress and egress to
137138 enable the Grantee, successors and assigns, to use said.
138139 spring and also the right to lay and maintain pipes or other
139140 facilities necessary for such use over and upon that part of
140141 said Gurley Lot No. 1 specifically designated as spring
141142 easement on said plat.

143144 The East half of the Southeast Fourth of the Northeast
144145 Fourth of Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 4 East,
145146 containing 20 acres, more or less. Also, the East half of the
