15	16		To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
16	17		corporate limits of the Town of Grant in Marshall County.
17	18		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
18	19		Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
19	20		the Town of Grant in Marshall County are altered, rearranged,
20	21		and extended to include within the corporate limits of the
21	22		municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of
22	23		the following territory:
23	24		TRACT 1
24	25		Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest
25	26		fourth of the Southwest fourth of Section 29, Township 5
26	27		South, Range 4 East in Marshall County, Alabama; thence along
27	28		the West line of said section 29, North 0° 44' 50" East
28	29		2650.18 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southwest fourth
29	30		of the Northwest fourth of said Section 29; thence along the
30	31		North line of the South half of the Northwest fourth of said
31	32		Section 29, South 88° 49' 55" East 2,665.16 feet to the
32	33		Northeast corner of said South half; thence South 0° 46' 10"
33	34		West 1333.04 feet to the Southeast corner of said South half;
34	35		thence South 46° 46' 10" West 420 feet to the Southwest corner
35	36		of the Crabtree property; thence along the South line of said
36	37		Crabtree property South 88° 39' 39" East 1332.36 feet to a

131	132		Also, the right to the use of the water from the spring
132	133		situated on the said: Gurley Lot No. 1 referred to hereinabove
133	134		and the easement area adjacent to said spring as the same is
134	135		shown on the above mentioned plat recorded in Plat Book 6 at
135	136		page 143 in the Probate Office of Marshall: County, Alabama,
136	137		together with the necessary right of ingress and egress to
137	138		enable the Grantee, successors and assigns, to use said.

139	140		facilities necessary for such use over and upon that part of
140	141		said Gurley Lot No. 1 specifically designated as spring
