82 | 133 | | (e) The Department of Revenue may adopt any rules |

83 | 134 | | necessary to administer this section." |

84 | 135 | | Section 2. Section 32-6-640, Code of Alabama 1975, is |

86 | 137 | | Section 3. This act shall become effective on January |
---|
87 | 138 | | 1, 2024, following its passage and approval by the Governor, |
