	17	+	AN ACT
15	18		To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
16	19		corporate limits of the municipality of the City of Dadeville
17	20		in Tallapoosa County.
18	21		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
19	22		Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
20	23		the municipality of the City of Dadeville in Tallapoosa County
21	24		are altered, rearranged, and extended to include within the
22	25		corporate limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands
23	26		now included, all of the following territory:
24	27		Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 31,
25	28		Township 21 North, Range 23 East, Tallapoosa County, Alabama;
26	29		thence North 83 degrees 36 minutes 04 seconds East, 4051.10
27	30		feet to a capped pin (#11282) found at the Point of Beginning;
28	31		said point being on the east line of Highlands Subdivision as
29	32		recorded in Plat Book 9 Page 6 in the Probate Office in
30	33		Tallapoosa County, Alabama; thence along the east line of said
31	34		subdivision, North 05 degrees 20 minutes 15 seconds West,
32	35		575.29 feet to a set rebar; thence North 84 degrees 24 minutes
33	36		44 seconds East, 108.20 fee to a found 1 inch open top pipe;
34	37		thence North 84 degrees 35 minutes 38 seconds East, 190.16
35	38		feet to a 1-1/2 inch open top pipe found on the West
36	39		right-of-way of Alabama Highway 49 (80" ROW); thence along
37		-	said ROW, South 10 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East, 764.52
38		-	feet to a found 7/8 inch solid bar; thence leaving said road,
39		-	South 74 degrees 52 minutes 33 seconds West, along the
40		-	Northeast side of Traditions Golf Course Hole No. 5, 95.68
41		-	feet to a found capped pin (#12493); thence continue along

	70	+	feet to a found 7/8 inch solid bar; thence leaving said road,
	71	+	South 74 degrees 52 minutes 33 seconds West, along the
	72	+	Northeast side of Traditions Golf Course Hole No. 5, 95.68
	73	+	feet to a found capped pin (#12493); thence continue along
71	74		said Golf Course, North 59 degrees 16 minutes 42 seconds West,
72	75		342.10 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.325 acres,
73	76		more or less.
74	77		Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of the
75	78		Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing what territory is proposed
76	79		to be annexed to the municipality of the City of Dadeville is
77	80		on file in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Tallapoosa
78	81		County, Alabama, and the map is open to the inspection of the
79	82		public.
80	83		Section 3. This act shall become effective on the first
81	84		day of the third month following its passage and approval by
82	85		the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
