| 22 | 22 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: | |

| 24 | 24 | 45, consisting of Sections 45-8A-71 through 45-8A-71.16, Code | |
| 25 | 25 | of Alabama 1975, relating to civil service rules and | |

| 28 | 28 | Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately | |
