15	15	AN ACT
16	16	To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
17	17	corporate limits of the municipality of Skyline in Jackson
18	18	County.
19	19	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
20	20	Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
21	21	the municipality of Skyline in Jackson County are altered,
22	22	rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate
23	23	limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now
24	24	included, all of the following territory:
25	25	TRACT ONE
26	26	All of the Eastern one-half of the right-of-way, and
27	27	the road and territory inclusive lying therein the Eastern
28	28	one-half of the right-of-way, along Jackson County Road 544,
29	29	bounded on the south by the present corporate boundaries of
30	30	the municipality of Skyline, thence, from the intersection of
31	31	said county road with Alabama Highway 146, north along and
32	32	encompassing the right-of-way, and the road and territory
33	33	inclusive lying therein of Alabama Highway 146 to the center
34	34	of said highway's intersection with Jackson County Road 138;
35	35	thence from the intersection of said highway with Jackson
36	36	County Road 138, north along and encompassing the

73	73	corporate boundaries of the municipality of Skyline on said
74	74	county road, extending 2.1 miles along said right-of-way until
75	75	the end point in Jackson County, Alabama;

77	77	All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory
78	78	inclusive lying between the right-of-way, along Jackson County
79	79	Road 15, beginning where County Road 17 intersects County Road
80	80	15, extending 0.82 miles along said right-of-way until the end
81	81	point in Jackson County, Alabama;
82	82	TRACT FOUR
83	83	All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory
84	84	inclusive lying between the right-of-way, along Jackson County
85	85	Road 317, beginning where County Road 17 intersects County
86	86	Road 317 at each end of a .13 mile long loop, encompassing the
87	87	entirety of the right-of-way of said loop, then along said
88	88	county road, extending from the point at which said loop joins
89	89	to form one roadway 1.18 miles along said right-of-way until
90	90	the end point in Jackson County, Alabama;

129	129	Highway 79 beginning at the present northern corporate
130	130	boundary of the Town of Skyline, Alabama, on said highway and
131	131	extending north to the endpoint, at the southern corporate
132	132	boundaries of the Town of Hytop, Alabama immediately south of
133	133	said highway's intersection with Alabama Highway 146; and
134	134	TRACT SEVEN
135	135	All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory
136	136	inclusive lying between the right-of-way, along Jackson County
137	137	Road 144, beginning where Alabama Highway 79 intersects County
138	138	Road 144, extending 0.96 miles north and east along said
139	139	right-of-way until the end point in Jackson County, Alabama.
140	140	Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the
141	141	Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing the proposed territory to
142	142	be annexed to the municipality of Skyline is on file and open
143	143	to public inspection in the Office of the Judge of Probate in
144	144	Jackson County, Alabama.
145	145	Section 3. This act shall become effective on the first
146	146	day of the third month following its passage and approval by
