15+AN ACT
1616 Relating to Bullock County; to further provide for the
1717 compensation of the judge of probate.
1818 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
1919 Section 1. Effective on the first day of the month
2020 following the effective date of this act, the Judge of Probate
2121 of Bullock County shall be entitled to an additional annual
2222 salary in the amount of twelve thousand five hundred dollars
2323 ($12,500) per year payable in equal monthly installments from
2424 the general fund of the county. The salary provided by this
2525 act shall be in addition to any other compensation, salary, or
2626 expense allowance otherwise provided by law.
2727 Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately
2828 following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its
2929 otherwise becoming law.
