	15	+	AN ACT
16	16		Relating to Bullock County; to provide an additional
17	17		expense allowance for the revenue commissioner.
18	18		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
19	19		Section 1. Effective on the first day of the month
20	20		following the effective date of this act, the Revenue
21	21		Commissioner of Bullock County shall be entitled to an
22	22		additional annual expense allowance in the amount of twelve
23	23		thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500) per year payable in
24	24		equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county
25	25		or from any other fund from which the salary of the revenue
26	26		commissioner is paid. The expense allowance provided by this
27	27		act shall be in addition to any other compensation, salary, or
28	28		expense allowance otherwise provided by law.
29	29		Section 2. At the end of the term of the revenue
30	30		commissioner serving on the effective date of this act, the
31	31		expense allowance provided by this act shall expire and this
32	32		act shall be repealed.
33	33		Section 3. This act shall become effective immediately
34	34		following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its
35	35		otherwise becoming law.
