Senate Bill 25 as passed the Senate would increase the administrative obligations of the
Alabama Board of Physical Therapy by a small undetermined about to implement the provisions
of this bill and the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact. These obligations could be offset,
wholly or in part, by (1) the collection of a board-estimated $11,400 biennially in compact
privilege licensing fees, as provided by this bill; and (2) an additional undetermined amount
dependent on the amount of administrative penalties assessed by the board.
