Enrolled, An Act,
To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
corporate limits of the municipality of Spanish Fort in
Baldwin County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
the municipality of Spanish Fort in Baldwin County are altered
and rearranged and extended to include within the corporate
limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now
included, all of the following territory:
Parcel 1
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 17, Spanish Fort
Estates, Twenty-Fourth Addition, Phase One, as per plat
recorded on Slide No. 2058-A of the Probate Court Records of
Baldwin County, Alabama; thence along the North boundary of
said Spanish Fort Estates, Twenty-Fourth Addition, Phase One,
run as follows: S 20 degrees 56' 24" W 217.16 feet, N 53
degrees 21' 01" W 164.27 feet, N 65 degrees 09' 23" W 50.00
feet, N 59 degrees 30' 46" W 137.59 feet, N 26 degrees 47' 07"
W 122.98 feet to the Northwest corner of said Spanish Fort
Estates, Twenty-Fourth Addition, Phase One; thence run N 75
degrees 35' 01" 367.96 feet to a point; thence run N 12
degrees 31' 16" E 459.47 feet to a point; thence run N 05
degrees 29' 42" W 177.03 feet to a point; thence run N 18
degrees 33' 47" W 200.02 feet to a point; thence run N 74
degrees 36' 14" W 220 feet, more or less, to a point on the
East margin of Bay Minette; thence along  said East margin of

Bay Minette run Northeastwardly 1100 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence run S 19 degrees 17' 57" E 2110 feet, more or
less, to the Point of Beginning.
Also a 15 foot drainage easement described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land 15 feet in width East of and parallel with the
East boundary of Spanish Fort Estates, Twenty-Fifth Addition,
a Subdivision to be recorded, being more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the Northernmost corner
between Lots 16 and 17, Spanish Fort Estates, Twenty-Fourth
Addition, Phase One, as per plat recorded on Slide No. 2058-A
of the Probate Court Records of Baldwin County, Alabama;
thence along the Western boundary of said Lot 16, Spanish Fort
Estates, Twenty-Fourth Addition, Phase One run S 20 degrees
56' 24" W 217.16 feet to a Point on the Northern boundary of
Lot 14 of said Spanish Fort Estates, Twenty-Fourth Addition,
Phase One; thence along the Northern boundary of said Spanish
Fort Estates, Twenty-Fourth Addition, Phase One, run as
follows: N 53 degrees 21' 01" W 164.27 feet, N 65 degrees 09'
23" W 50.00 feet, N 59 degrees 30' 46" W 137.59 feet, N 26
degrees 47' 07" W 122.98 feet to the Northwest corner of said
Spanish Fort Estates, Twenty-Fourth Addition, Phase One;
thence run N 75 degrees 35' 01" W 352.95 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the property herein described; thence continuing
N 75 degrees 35' 01" W 15.01 feet to a point; thence run N 12
degrees 31' 16" E 459.47 feet to a point; thence run N 05
degrees 29' 42" W 177.03 feet to a point; thence run N 18
degrees 33' 47" W 200.02 feet to a point; thence run N 74

or less, to a point; thence run S 74 degrees 69' 14" E 226

E 181.12 feet to a point; thence run S 12 degrees 31' 16" W
462.34 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 11, Spanish Fort
Estates, Twenty-fourth Addition, Phase Two, Slide Number
2117-F, as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate,
Baldwin County, Alabama; Thence run S-89 degrees 30'59"-W
along the North boundary of said Spanish Fort Estates,
Twenty-fourth Addition, Phase Two, 392.98 Feet to the
Northwest corner of Lot 10, Spanish Fort Estates,
Twenty-fourth Addition, Phase Two, also the Northeast corner
of Lot 27, Spanish Fort Estates, Twenty-fourth Addition, Phase
One, Slide Number 2058-A; Thence continue S-89 degrees
30'59"-W, along said North boundary of Spanish Fort Estates,
Twenty-fourth Addition, Phase One, 767.02 feet to a point;
Thence run N- 19 degrees 26'12"-W, leaving said Spanish Fort
Estates, Twenty-fourth Addition, Phase One, 2138.48 feet to a
point on the South margin of Bay Minette Creek; Thence run
Northeasterly along said South margin of Bay Minette Creek,
1890 feet, more or less, to a point that is N-83 degrees
20'52"-E, 1890.11 feet from the last Point-of-Call; Thence run
S-00 degrees 08'59"- W, leaving said South margin of Bay

Containing 76.48 acres, more or less.
Parcel 3: 
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 11, Blakeley Forest,
Unit Six, as shown on Plat recorded on Slide #1948-A in the
Office of the Judge of Probate, Baldwin County, Alabama, said
point being on the East right-of-way of Alabama State Highway
Number 225; thence run North 00 degrees, 14 minutes, 06
seconds East, along said East right-of-way of Alabama State
Highway Number 225, 927.93 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue North 00 degrees, 14 minutes, 06 seconds East
along said East right-of-way of Alabama State Highway Number
225, 1161.38 feet  to a point; thence run North 89 degrees, 58
minutes, 08 seconds East, leaving said East right-of-way of
Alabama State Highway Number 225, 1700.29 feet to a point;
thence run South 10 degrees, 22 minutes, 53 seconds East,
397.29 feet to a point; thence run South 06 degrees, 53
minutes, 58 seconds West, 285.63 feet to a point; thence run
South 14 degrees, 34 minutes, 41 seconds West, 144.68 feet to
a point; thence run South 52 degrees, 21 minutes, 43 seconds
West, 203.78 feet to a point; thence run South 18 degrees, 57
minutes, 46 seconds West, 236.31 feet to a point; thence run
West, 1467.76 feet to the point of beginning; containing 44.90
acres, more or less.
Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the
Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing the proposed territory to
be altered and rearranged and extended from the municipality
of Spanish Fort is on file and open to public inspection in

the Office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, Alabama.
Section 3. This act shall become effective on the first
day of the third month following its passage and approval by
the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
