1517 To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
1618 corporate limits of the City of Atmore in Escambia County.
1719 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
1820 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
1921 the City of Atmore in Escambia County are altered, rearranged,
2022 and extended to include within the corporate limits of the
2123 municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of
2224 the following territory:
2325 ATMORE ANNEXATION DESCRIPTION:
2426 Beginning at a point 20 South, and 210 feet East of the
2527 Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17,
2628 Township 1 North, Range 6 East, Escambia County, Alabama, said
2729 point being on the South right of way line of West Sunset
2830 Drive and the Northern line of the existing Atmore City
2931 Limits; thence run North 40 feet to a point on the North right
3032 of way line of West Sunset Drive; thence run West along said
3133 right of way 190 feet, more or less, to the East right of way
3234 line of Henderson Lane; thence run Northwardly along said
3335 right of way 825 feet, more or less, to the West line of the
3436 aforementioned Section 17; thence continue along said West
3537 line of Section 17 to the Northwest corner of said Section 17;
