21 | 21 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: | |
22 | 22 | Section 1. Section 10 of Act 789, 1975 Regular Session | |
23 | 23 | (Acts 1975, p. 1576), relating to restrictions on where deputy | |
24 | 24 | district attorneys in the 15th Judicial Circuit, composed of | |
25 | 25 | Montgomery County, may reside is repealed. | |
26 | 26 | Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately | |
27 | 27 | following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its | |
28 | 28 | otherwise becoming law. | |
