	15	+	AN ACT
14	16		To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
15	17		corporate limits of the municipality of Skyline in Jackson
16	18		County.
17	19		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
18	20		Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
19	21		the municipality of Skyline in Jackson County are altered,
20	22		rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate
21	23		limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now
22	24		included, all of the following territory:
23	25		TRACT ONE
24	26		All of the Eastern one-half of the right-of-way, and
25	27		the road and territory inclusive lying therein the Eastern
26	28		one-half of the right-of-way, along Jackson County Road 544,
27	29		bounded on the south by the present corporate boundaries of
28	30		the municipality of Skyline, thence, from the intersection of
29	31		said county road with Alabama Highway 146, north along and
30	32		encompassing the right-of-way, and the road and territory
31	33		inclusive lying therein of Alabama Highway 146 to the center
32	34		of said highway's intersection with Jackson County Road 138;
33	35		thence from the intersection of said highway with Jackson
34	36		County Road 138, north along and encompassing the
35		-	right-of-way, and the road and territory inclusive lying
36		-	therein of County Road 138 extending 1.7 miles along said
37		-	right-of-way until the end point in Jackson County, Alabama;
38		-	TRACT TWO
39		-	All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory

70	72		Road 17, bounded on the north by the present southern
71	73		corporate boundaries of the municipality of Skyline on said
72	74		county road, extending 2.1 miles along said right-of-way until
73	75		the end point in Jackson County, Alabama;
74	76		TRACT THREE
75	77		All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory
76	78		inclusive lying between the right-of-way, along Jackson County
77	79		Road 15, beginning where County Road 17 intersects County Road
78	80		15, extending 0.82 miles along said right-of-way until the end
79	81		point in Jackson County, Alabama;
80	82		TRACT FOUR
81	83		All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory
82	84		inclusive lying between the right-of-way, along Jackson County
83	85		Road 317, beginning where County Road 17 intersects County
84	86		Road 317 at each end of a .13 mile long loop, encompassing the
85	87		entirety of the right-of-way of said loop, then along said
86	88		county road, extending from the point at which said loop joins
87	89		to form one roadway 1.18 miles along said right-of-way until
88	90		the end point in Jackson County, Alabama;
89		-	TRACT FIVE
90		-	All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory
91		-	inclusive lying between the right-of-way, along Jackson County
92		-	Road 222, beginning where County Road 17 intersects County

	123	+	Road 222, beginning where County Road 17 intersects County
122	124		Road 222, extending 0.35 miles along said right-of-way until
123	125		the end point in Jackson County, Alabama;
124	126		TRACT SIX
125	127		All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory
126	128		inclusive lying between the right-of-way, along Alabama
127	129		Highway 79 beginning at the present northern corporate
128	130		boundary of the Town of Skyline, Alabama, on said highway and
129	131		extending north to the endpoint, at the southern corporate
130	132		boundaries of the Town of Hytop, Alabama immediately south of
131	133		said highway's intersection with Alabama Highway 146; and
132	134		TRACT SEVEN
133	135		All of the right-of-way, and the road and territory
134	136		inclusive lying between the right-of-way, along Jackson County
135	137		Road 144, beginning where Alabama Highway 79 intersects County
136	138		Road 144, extending 0.96 miles north and east along said
137	139		right-of-way until the end point in Jackson County, Alabama.
138	140		Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the
139	141		Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing the proposed territory to
140	142		be annexed to the municipality of Skyline is on file and open
141	143		to public inspection in the Office of the Judge of Probate in
142	144		Jackson County, Alabama.
143	145		Section 3. This act shall become effective on the first
144	146		day of the third month following its passage and approval by
145		-	the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
