	15	+	AN ACT
15	16		To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
16	17		corporate limits of the City of Lake View in Tuscaloosa and
17	18		Jefferson Counties.
18	19		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
19	20		Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
20	21		the City of Lake View in Tuscaloosa and Jefferson Counties are
21	22		altered and rearranged and extended to include within the
22	23		corporate limits of the city, in addition to the lands now
23	24		included, all of the following territory in Tuscaloosa County:
24	25		Lots 1A, 1B, 1, 17, 18, and 23 of Oakwood Trace Acres
25	26		as recorded in Plat Book 2018, Page 147 in the Judge of
26	27		Probate Office of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
27	28		Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the
28	29		Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing the proposed territory to
29	30		be altered and rearranged and extended from the City of Lake
30	31		View is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of
31	32		the Judge of Probate in Tuscaloosa and Jefferson Counties.
32	33		Section 3. This act shall become effective on the first
33	34		day of the third month following its passage and approval by
34	35		the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
