	17	+	AN ACT
16	18		To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
17	19		corporate limits of the Town of Hayden in Blount County.
18	20		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
19	21		Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
20	22		the Town of Hayden in Blount County are altered and rearranged
21	23		and extended to include within the corporate limits of the
22	24		Town of Hayden, in addition to the lands now included, all of
23	25		the following territory:
24	26		Track 1
25	27		A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of
26	28		the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 13 South, Range
27	29		3 West, Blount County, Alabama. Containing 3.00 acres, more or
28	30		less, and being more particularly described as follows:
29	31		Commence at ½" rebar found representing the Northwest corner
30	32		of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said
31	33		Section 19; thence run S 89°15'36" E along the monumented
32	34		North boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
33	35		Quarter of said Section 19 for 235.79'; thence run S 00°44'24"
34	36		W for 27.32' to a ½" rod set at the point of intersection with
35	37		the South right of way of Double Pond Trail (60' R.O.W.)
36	38		(DB.327, PG. 367), and the point of beginning of the parcel
37	39		herein described; thence run S 88°28'20" E along the S right
38		-	of way of said Double Pond Road for 303.23' to a ½" rod set;
39		-	thence run N 89°29'39" E along said right of way for 144.82'
40		-	to a ½" rod set; thence run along a undefined curve and right
41		-	of way to the right having a chord bearing of S 82°40'13" E
42		-	with a chord distance of 130.93' to a point of intersection

90	92		Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 2 West, a 1 ½" open pipe
91	93		and run northerly along the westerly line of said ¼ section a
92	94		distance of 97.04 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel
93	95		of land herein described; thence continue northerly along said
94	96		¼ line a distance of 375.00 feet to a ½" rebar on the

133	135		Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the
134	136		Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing the proposed territory to
135	137		be altered, rearranged, and extended from the Town of Hayden
136	138		in Blount County is on file and open to public inspection in
137	139		the office of the Judge of Probate in Blount County, Alabama.
138	140		Section 3. This act shall become effective June 1,
139	141		2024.
