1618 To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and
1719 corporate limits of the Town of Hayden in Blount County.
1820 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
1921 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
2022 the Town of Hayden in Blount County are altered and rearranged
2123 and extended to include within the corporate limits of the
2224 Town of Hayden, in addition to the lands now included, all of
2325 the following territory:
2426 Track 1
2527 A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of
2628 the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 13 South, Range
2729 3 West, Blount County, Alabama. Containing 3.00 acres, more or
2830 less, and being more particularly described as follows:
2931 Commence at ½" rebar found representing the Northwest corner
3032 of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said
3133 Section 19; thence run S 89°15'36" E along the monumented
3234 North boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
3335 Quarter of said Section 19 for 235.79'; thence run S 00°44'24"
3436 W for 27.32' to a ½" rod set at the point of intersection with
3537 the South right of way of Double Pond Trail (60' R.O.W.)
3638 (DB.327, PG. 367), and the point of beginning of the parcel
3739 herein described; thence run S 88°28'20" E along the S right
38-of way of said Double Pond Road for 303.23' to a ½" rod set;
39-thence run N 89°29'39" E along said right of way for 144.82'
40-to a ½" rod set; thence run along a undefined curve and right
41-of way to the right having a chord bearing of S 82°40'13" E
42-with a chord distance of 130.93' to a point of intersection

137139 the office of the Judge of Probate in Blount County, Alabama.
138140 Section 3. This act shall become effective June 1,
