BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Gulf Shores in Baldwin County are altered, rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of the following territory: Parcel 1 Reed, PIN# 082865 Lot 4, Unit 1 of the repartition of Lot 11 of Shellbanks as recorded in Map Book 11, page 156 of the Baldwin County, Probate Records. Said land being in Section 23, Township 9 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama. In order to effectuate the annexations provided in this act, the City of Gulf Shores shall not zone any parcel annexed by Section 1 for a period of 15 years after the effective date of this act in a zoning classification that is not the same or substantially similar to the zoning of the parcel pursuant to county zoning on the effective date of this act. Section 3.
