15	15	HR___ COMMENDING THE CREEKSIDE ACADEMY HOMESCHOOL
16	16	COOPERATIVE ROBOTICS TEAM ON WINNING THE 2023 BEST ROBOTICS
17	17	NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.
18	18	WHEREAS, highest congratulations are herein proudly
19	19	presented to the Creekside Academy Homeschool Cooperative
20	20	Robotics Team on winning the 2023 BEST Robotics National
21	21	Championship; and
22	22	WHEREAS, Creekside Technology, the robotics team of
23	23	Creekside Academy Homeschool Cooperative, joined an elite
24	24	percentage of the world by winning the 2023 National BEST
25	25	Robotics Championship; and
26	26	WHEREAS, Creekside Academy is a homeschool
27	27	cooperative made up of 36 families from Lauderdale and
28	28	Colbert counties in Northwest Alabama; of the 55 eligible
29	29	students, 27 students in grades 6-12 form the robotics team;
30	30	of those 27 students, 17 are high school students and 10 are
31	31	middle school students; when it comes to competition, 14 of
32	32	the students focus on marketing and 13 of the students focus
33	33	on engineering; and
34	34	WHEREAS, the dedicated members of the 2023 BEST
35	35	Robotics National Championship Team, Creekside Technology,
36	36	are Christian Alexander, Mark Angel, Kaylin Angel, Rhodes
37	37	Berryman, Sidda lea Berryman, Avery Clark, Zoe Clark, Conley
38	38	Ford, Oakley Ford, Aslan Gilchrist, Lily Gilchrist, Hayden

77	77	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
78	78	LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, That robotics team Creekside
79	79	Technology is highly honored and commended on being named
80	80	the 2023 BEST Robotics National Champions, and we hereby
81	81	dedicate this resolution to the team members and coaches
82	82	from Creekside Academy Homeschool Cooperative in warmest
83	83	admiration, along with best wishes for continued success in
84	84	all future endeavors.
