Senate Bill 153 as passed the Senate could increase receipts to the State General Fund, county
general funds, and other funds to which court costs are deposited and increase receipts to the
various funds that administrative fees for expungement are deposited into, by an undetermined
amount dependent upon the number of individuals adjudicated as a youthful offender that would
now qualify for expungement based on the provisions of this bill.
