Senate Bill 77 as passed the Senate could increase the obligations of the Department of
Archives and History by an estimated $353 per board meeting to reimburse the per diem and
travel expenses of the two additional members appointed to the department's board of trustees
pursuant to this bill. However, historically, board members have not claimed per diem and travel
expenses, according to the department.
