26 | 25 | | BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, BOTH |

187 | 186 | | (d)(1) The first meeting of the commission shall be |

190 | 189 | | vice chair. The commission may then meet as necessary to |

192 | 191 | | (2) The Legislative Services Agency, the Clerk of the |

193 | 192 | | House of Representatives, and the Secretary of the Senate |

194 | 193 | | shall provide administrative and other assistance for the |

196 | 195 | | (e)(1) The legislative members of the commission |

197 | 196 | | shall be entitled to their legislative compensation, per |
---|
198 | 197 | | diem, and travel expenses for each day they attend a meeting |

199 | 198 | | of the commission pursuant to Section 49 of the Constitution |

246 | 245 | | copy of the final report and any other documents produced by |
---|
