85 | | - | shall be a bona fide resident of the State of Alabama. One |

86 | | - | member shall be a building official or inspector currently |
---|
87 | | - | employed by a city, county, or state governmental entity and |
---|
88 | | - | actively engaged in inspecting or regulating residential |
---|
89 | | - | construction in this state. One shall be a consumer member of |
---|
90 | | - | the general public not employed by or affiliated with a |
---|
91 | | - | licensee hereunder, and who has no spouse or immediate family |
---|
92 | | - | member employed by or affiliated with a licensee hereunder. |

93 | | - | (d) Each member of the board shall be a citizen |

94 | | - | resident of this state, and the membership of the board shall |

95 | | - | be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, |

96 | | - | urban/rural urban, rural, and economic diversity of the state. |
