This bill would repeal the Alabama Uniform Minimum Wage and Right-to-Work Act. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to labor and employment; to repeal the Alabama Uniform Minimum Wage and Right-to-Work Act, Article 2A, Chapter 7, Title 25, comprised of Sections 25-7-40 through 25-7-45, Code of Alabama 1975. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Article 2A, Chapter 7, Title 25, comprised of Sections 25-7-40 through 25-7-45, Code of Alabama 1975, the Alabama Uniform Minimum Wage and Right-to-Work Act, is repealed. Section 2.
