| 26 | 28 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: | |
| 27 | 29 | Section 1. (a) In Choctaw County, in addition to any | |
| 28 | 30 | court costs authorized to be collected, there shall be | |
| 29 | 31 | assessed an additional court cost of fifty dollars ($50) in | |
| 30 | 32 | all civil cases filed in the circuit court and district court, | |
| 31 | 33 | except in cases filed in the small claims court the additional | |
| 32 | 34 | court costs shall be twenty-five dollars ($25). | |
| 33 | 35 | (b) In addition to any court costs authorized to be | |
| 34 | 36 | collected, there shall be assessed an additional court cost of | |
| 35 | 37 | fifty dollars ($50) in all criminal and quasi-criminal cases | |
| 36 | - | brought in the circuit court and district court and in any | |
| 37 | - | municipal court in Choctaw County. | |
