| 31 | 31 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: |

| 32 | 32 | | Section 1. Section 16-7A-5, Code of Alabama 1975, is |

| 33 | 33 | | amended to read as follows: |

| 35 | 35 | | (a) The activities of the authority shall not include, |

| 36 | 36 | | directly or indirectly, the carrying on of propaganda, or |

|---|
| 73 | 73 | | Revenue Code and applicable federal regulations. " |

| 74 | 74 | | Section 2. This act shall become effective on October |
