| 18 | 18 | | Relating to Escambia County; to further provide for |

| 20 | 20 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: |

| 21 | 21 | | Section 1. (a) The Judge of Probate of Escambia County, |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | in lieu of the fees prescribed by general law, shall change |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | and collect the following fees for the following services: |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | (1) One hundred five dollars ($105) for the probate of |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | a will. |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | (2) One hundred five dollars ($105) for administration. |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | (3) Sixty-five dollars ($65) for name change. |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | (4) Sixty-five dollars ($65) for legitimation. |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | (5) One hundred forty-five dollars ($145) for |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | guardianship. |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | (6) One hundred forty-five dollars ($145) for |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | conservatorship. |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | (7) One hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) for |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | adoption. |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | (8) Five dollars ($5) for claims against wills and |
