| 33 | 33 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: |

| 35 | 35 | | of Alabama 1975, to the contrary notwithstanding, no |

| 36 | 36 | | municipality may require the approval by a registered |
