1717 AN ACT
1818 Relating to Cullman County; to alter, rearrange, and
1919 extend the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of
2020 Cullman in Cullman County.
2121 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
2222 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
2323 the City of Cullman in Cullman County are altered and
2424 rearranged to include within the corporate limits of the
2525 municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of
2626 the following territory:
2727 PARCEL I:
2828 Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 23,
2929 Township 9 South, Range 4 West, thence North 87°11'54" West a
3030 distance of 1326.31 feet to a point, thence North 1°54'13"
3131 East a distance of 661.42 feet to a point, thence South
3232 87°11'54' East a distance of 1326.31 feet to a point, thence
3333 South 1°54'13" West a distance of 661.42 feet to the point of
3434 beginning. Said land lying and being in the Southeast Quarter
3535 of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 9 South,
3636 Range 4 West, Cullman County, Alabama, and containing 20.14
3737 acres, more or less.

3939 Commence at the Northwest corner of the Northeast

8383 Said land lying and being in the Northeast Quarter of the

8686 County, Alabama, and containing 26.17 acres, more or less.
8787 Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the
8888 Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing the proposed territory to

9292 Section 3. This act shall become effective on October
