17	17	AN ACT
18	18	Relating to Cullman County; to alter, rearrange, and
19	19	extend the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of
20	20	Cullman in Cullman County.
21	21	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
22	22	Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
23	23	the City of Cullman in Cullman County are altered and
24	24	rearranged to include within the corporate limits of the
25	25	municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of
26	26	the following territory:
27	27	PARCEL I:
28	28	Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 23,
29	29	Township 9 South, Range 4 West, thence North 87°11'54" West a
30	30	distance of 1326.31 feet to a point, thence North 1°54'13"
31	31	East a distance of 661.42 feet to a point, thence South
32	32	87°11'54' East a distance of 1326.31 feet to a point, thence
33	33	South 1°54'13" West a distance of 661.42 feet to the point of
34	34	beginning. Said land lying and being in the Southeast Quarter
35	35	of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 9 South,
36	36	Range 4 West, Cullman County, Alabama, and containing 20.14
37	37	acres, more or less.

83	83	Said land lying and being in the Northeast Quarter of the
84	84	Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
85	85	Quarter of Section 26, Township 9 South, Range 4 West, Cullman
86	86	County, Alabama, and containing 26.17 acres, more or less.
87	87	Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6 of the
88	88	Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing the proposed territory to
89	89	be altered, rearranged, and extended from the City of Cullman
90	90	is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of the
91	91	Judge of Probate in Cullman County, Alabama.
92	92	Section 3. This act shall become effective on October
93	93	1, 2025.
