17	17	HR____ DECLARING UNWAVERING SUPPORT FOR UKRAINE ON THE
18	18	OCCASION OF THE THIRD ANNIVERSARY OF ITS INVASION BY THE
19	19	RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
20	20	WHEREAS, on February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation
21	21	launched an invasion of Ukraine, violating Ukraine's
22	22	sovereignty and threatening its independence and security;
23	23	and
24	24	WHEREAS, for the past three years, the people of
25	25	Ukraine have demonstrated extraordinary resilience, courage,
26	26	and determination despite relentless attacks on their homes,
27	27	communities, and fundamental freedoms; and
28	28	WHEREAS, Ukraine has endured the deliberate targeting
29	29	of residential buildings, schools, hospitals, and evacuation
30	30	corridors; the forced deportation and kidnapping of
31	31	Ukrainian children to Russian-controlled territories; and
32	32	the destruction of Ukraine's agricultural and energy
33	33	infrastructure; and
34	34	WHEREAS, despite these atrocities, the people of
35	35	Ukraine remain unyielding, proving that even in the face of
36	36	relentless bombardment and unspeakable suffering, their
37	37	spirit and commitment to self-determination will never be
38	38	extinguished; and
39	39	WHEREAS, Ukrainians and Ukrainian-Americans have
40	40	enriched our communities through their leadership and
