25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, the North Alabama Boys, a dedicated group of |

26 | 26 | | volunteers led by Rand Hutchison, Adron Davis, and many |
---|
27 | 27 | | others, selflessly organized and executed relief efforts to |
---|
28 | 28 | | provide aid to those in need; and |

85 | 85 | | ongoing disaster relief efforts, the North Alabama Boys have |

86 | 86 | | taken steps to establish a nonprofit organization with the |

87 | 87 | | mission of providing disaster and weather relief to affected |
---|

89 | 89 | | WHEREAS, the dedication, selflessness, and generosity |
