1515 HR____ MOURNING THE DEATH AND CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF TAMMY
1616 LITTLETON.
1717 WHEREAS, it is with profound sorrow that we note the
1818 death of Tammy Littleton; her departure leaves a void in the
1919 lives of her loving family, many friends, and the community
2020 where she was highly regarded; and
2121 WHEREAS, Tammy Littleton was a dedicated
2222 professional, a beloved colleague, and a compassionate
2323 leader who touched the lives of many through her work in
2424 education and administration; a proud graduate of West End
2525 High School, Class of 1985, Tammy pursued higher education
2626 later in life, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business
2727 Management from Miles College, where she graduated magna cum
2828 laude and was recognized as a Presidential Scholar; and
2929 WHEREAS, Tammy devoted more than a decade of service
3030 at Lawson State Community College, where she played an
3131 integral role in administrative and fiscal operations; she
3232 continued her career at the Fairfield Board of Education,
3333 where she was widely respected for her professionalism and
3434 leadership; her peers honored her by electing her President
3535 of the Alabama Association for Administrative Assistants
3636 (AAAA), a testament to her excellence and commitment to her
3737 field; she also served as Interim Treasurer for the
3838 Fairfield Education Association, further demonstrating her

6868 Fairfield Education Association, further demonstrating her
6969 dedication to education and financial stewardship; and
7070 WHEREAS, with over 20 years of administrative and
7171 clerical experience, Tammy was known for her keen
7272 organizational skills, unwavering reliability, and capacity
7373 to support and uplift those around her; her expertise in
7474 executive assistance, office management, and financial
7575 operations made her an invaluable asset to every institution
7676 she served; and
7777 WHEREAS, beyond her professional accomplishments,
7878 Tammy will be remembered for her warm spirit, her kindness,
7979 and her dedication to those she loved; she was a mentor, a
8080 leader, and a friend whose impact will continue to be felt
8181 in the lives of those she touched; her legacy of excellence,
8282 service, and compassion will forever be cherished by her
8383 family, friends, and colleagues; now therefore,
8484 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8585 LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, That the death of Tammy Littleton is
8686 recorded with deep sadness, and this resolution is offered
8787 in tribute to her life and with heartfelt sympathy to her
8888 family, whose grief is shared by many.
