A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to Coffee County; to further provide for the
qualifications of the judge of probate.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. Any individual elected or appointed as the
Judge of Probate of Coffee County after June 1, 2025, shall be
an attorney licensed to practice law in this state.
Section 2. This act shall become effective on October
1, 2025.
