SYNOPSIS:
This bill would exempt Kidz Eatz, Incorporated,
from the payment of state, county, and municipal sales
and use taxes.
A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to state, county, and municipal sales and use
taxes; to exempt Kidz Eatz, Incorporated, from paying state,
county, and municipal sales and use taxes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. Kidz Eatz, Incorporated, is exempted from
paying any state, county, and municipal sales and use taxes.
Section 2. This act shall become effective on September
1, 2025.
