This bill would prohibit permitees of the board from filling or storing LP-Gas cylinders for retail sale within a certain distance of public gathering places. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to the Alabama Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board; to add Section 9-17-111 to the Code of Alabama 1975, to prohibit permitees from filling or storing LP-Gas cylinders within a certain distance of public gathering places. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1.
