BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Saint Florian in Lauderdale County are altered and rearranged to remove from the corporate limits of the Town of Saint Florian all of the following territory: Petition 1 A tract of land lying and being in the Northeast One-Fourth (NE-1/4) of Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 10 West, Lauderdale County, Alabama and being more fully described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of Section 31, and run S 01 degree 07' and 50" W 2017.58 feet to the point of beginning tract herein described.
