A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to Lauderdale County, to alter and rearrange
the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Saint
Florian in Lauderdale County to remove certain property from
the corporate limits of the Town of Saint Florian.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of
the Town of Saint Florian in Lauderdale County are altered and
rearranged to remove from the corporate limits of the Town of
Saint Florian all of the following territory:
Petition 1
A tract of land lying and being in the Northeast
One-Fourth (NE-1/4) of Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 10
West, Lauderdale County, Alabama and being more fully
described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of
Section 31, and run S 01 degree 07' and 50" W 2017.58 feet to
the point of beginning tract herein described. Thence N 89
degrees 36' 27" W 884.79 feet to a point. Thence S 00 degrees
23' 28" W 605.80 feet to a point in paved County Rd. Thence S
89 degrees 31' 00" E 233.12 feet along paved County Road to a
point. Thence N 00 degrees 48' 57" E 441.74 feet to a point.
Thence S 89 degrees 32' 18" E 315.0 feet to a point. Thence S

described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of

Alabama, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: To
find the point of beginning, commence at the Northwest corner
of Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, said point being on the
centerline of Gresham Road; and run thence East along said
line for 705.82 feet to the point of beginning; thence South
1° 30' East 727 feet to a point; thence North 88° 30' East for
125 feet to a point; thence North 1° 30' West for 725 feet to
a point on the centerline of aforementioned Gresham Road; run
thence South 89° 2' West along said line for 125.83 feet to

1, 2025.
