BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY -THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE 20
STATE OF ARKANSAS: 21

THAT Senator Garner is authorized to introduce a bill which as 23
introduced will read substantially as follows: 24

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 33

SECTION 1. The purpose of this act is to authorize banks in the state 35
to freeze the assets of Russian oligarchs. " 36
