BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 17

SECTION 1. DO NOT CODIFY. Boundaries of Faulkner County and Van Buren 19
County. 20
The boundaries of Faulkner County and Van Buren County are changed as 21
follows: 22
(1) The southern boundary of Van Buren County is extended to 23
include the portion of the town of Damascas that is currently located within 24
Faulkner County, as the town boundaries existed on April 1, 2023; and 25
(2) The northern boundary of Faulkner County is adjusted to 26
exclude any portion of the town of Damascus, as the town boundaries existed 27
on April 1, 2023. 28
