BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 18

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 5 -73-119(e)(7), concerning when the 20
possession of a handgun by minor or a person on school property is 21
permissible, is amended to read as follows: 22
(7) The person is on a journey beyond the county in which the 23
person lives, unless the person is eighteen (18) years of age or less; 24
