BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 23

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 14-164-303(2)(C), concerning the public 25
betterments or improvements for which furnishings, machinery, vehicles, 26
apparatus, and equipment fall within the definition of "capital improvements 27
of a public nature" used under the Local Government Bond Act of 198 5, is 28
amended to add an additional subdivision to read as follows: 29
(xlvii) Cemetery facilities and apparatus; 30
