| 33 | 33 | | (2) Reimburse for any mental health service or service related 31 |

| 34 | 34 | | to addiction that is offered or provided in the surrounding states. 32 |

| 35 | 35 | | (b) The Department of Human Services shall apply for any federal 33 |

| 36 | 36 | | waiver, Medicaid state plan amendment, or other authorization necessary to 34 |
