| 27 | 27 | | (a)(1) The Department of Human Services shall conduct a reimbursement 25 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | rate review for the services provided under the Substance Abuse Treatment and 26 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | Prevention Block Grant to determine if the reimbursement rates are adequate. 27 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | (2) The reimbursement rate review shall include an analysis of 28 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | every cost component of providing each service as the basis for determining 29 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | the adequacy of the reimbursement rates. 30 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | (b) On or before December 31, 2025, the department shall report on the 31 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | progress and findings of the reimbursement rate review to: 32 |
