| 26 | 24 | | SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 27, Chapter 16, Subchapter 8, is 22 |

| 29 | 27 | | (a)(1) A person, or the parent or guardian of a person, may apply to 25 |

| 30 | 28 | | the Office of Driver Services to obtain a blood type designation on a 26 |
|---|
| 31 | 29 | | driver's license or identification card issued under this subchapter by 27 |
|---|
| 32 | 30 | | providing: 28 |
|---|
| 33 | 31 | | (A) A signed form stating the blood type of the person; 29 |
|---|
| 34 | 32 | | and 30 |
|---|
| 35 | 33 | | (B) Payment of the fee for the driver's license or 31 |
|---|
| 36 | 34 | | identification card authorized under this chapter. 32 |
|---|
| 37 | 35 | | (2) If the person seeks a duplicate or substitute driver's 33 |
|---|
| 38 | 36 | | license with the blood type designation and his or her driver's license has 34 |
|---|
| 39 | 37 | | not expired, the fee shall be as provided under ยง 27 -16-806. 35 |

| 56 | | - | (1) The accuracy of information submitted to the Office of 12 |

|---|
| 60 | | - | limitation the obligation to request an immediate correction if the 16 |
