BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 22

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 1 -5-117(a), concerning the musicians 24
included in the nonexclusive list of musicians honored on Arkansas Music 25
Appreciation Day, is amended to add additional subdivisions to read as 26
follows: 27
(18) J.R. Rogers; 28
(19) Frank "Son" Seals; 29
(20) Royal Wade Kimes; 30
(21) Justin Moore; and 31
